The Undiscovered Country Song is an acoustic laid-back alt-country song, about closeness and separation.
I have a soft spot for the piano, and I also love the cello here, and the layered chaos that wraps it up.

It’s been a few months since we’ve seen saulgoodman & his band Tangemeenie here; they’re eclectic in style. The Gilded Cage is atmospheric, with lush guitars. It’s poppy, but melancholy.

Underwater Silent Movie is another nice atmospheric song from previous guests saulgoodman & his band Tangemeenie – they’ve shown up before. It’s got a nice build to it, & it’s nicely evocative for an instrumental song.

King of Flesh and Bone is an indie rock song with introspective lyrics about the impulse to tear down. It’s from saulgoodman’s band Tangemeenie, who previously appeared here for underwater caves, a mellow atmospheric song. I like their genre-hopping – they’ll be here again.
